Staffline are recruiting a Retail Security Officer to protect client premises. You will provide a visible uniformed deterrent, contribute to safety and loss prevention, deter troublemakers, observe and report incidents, and ensure the security base remains clean and professional.

Applicants must hold an SIA licence (SG / DS), have a driving licence and own transport with willingness to travel between two locations.

Qualifikationen

• A must-have is strong communication and customer service skills.
• Admin is digital and paperless, so comfort with digital devices is required.
• Age 18 or over and confident communicator with team spirit.

Shifts: Tuesday and Wednesday (other shifts may be available to cover holidays and sickness)

SG / DS SIA licence required.

Applicants should have a driver's licence, their own transport, and must be willing to travel between the two locations.

Your Time at Work

As a Retail Security Officer your duties will include:

• Provide a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the client's premises and staff
• Carry out Company Policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and visitors
• Lawfully deter potential troublemakers on site
• Observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems
• Carry out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom you are responsible
• Ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified
• Understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures
• Assist, if required by the Client, with staff and contractor searches
• Ensure that the Security base is always maintained in a clean and tidy condition
• Conduct yourself, at all times, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring full uniform is worn and SIA licence is clearly displayed
