Marks & Spencer is hiring a Security Officer to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You will be a visible presence in-store, remaining calm under pressure, delivering professional service while protecting people, stores and products.

The role requires strong awareness, effective communication, and a proactive mindset. You will respond to incidents, prevent loss, operate store technology, and work with colleagues to uphold high standards in a fast-paced retail

Competenze

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
