Job summary

You’ll be a visible, approachable presence, using mobile reporting and body-worn cameras in a fast-paced retail setting. Excellent communication and a genuine passion for customer service are essential, with a 5-year UK work history.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
• All candidates must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment, staying alert, responsive and ready to step in when needed.
• Customer service is at the heart of the role, greeting customers and delivering professional support.
• Help keep stores safe and secure, prevent loss, respond to incidents, identify risks and support safe ways of working.
• Be digitally confident, using store technology including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras.
• Stay calm under pressure and act professionally and confidently.
• Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards and support operations.
