As an M&S Security Officer, you will become part of the wider store team, helping deliver the professionalism, reassurance and customer experience expected from one of the UK's most trusted retail brands. We are looking for confident, professional and people-focused individuals who enjoy helping others, remain calm under pressure and can create positive moments through everyday interactions. Whether supporting customers, assisting colleagues or responding to incidents, you will play an important role in shaping how people experience our stores.

This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience. This includes:
