Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE by focusing on customers during peak selling hours.
• Provide a store experience reflecting mystery shop standards.
• Contribute to the VIBE by being positive, respectful and helpful to others.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model.
• Work productively within the team and take initiative to collaborate toward common goals.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Communicate positively and effectively with peers.
• Participate in daily and department meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in store operations (tills, shipments, fitting room).
• Assist in processing new shipments and keep receiving/back stock areas clean and organized.
• Support weekly tasks like markdowns and transfers.
• Adhere to loss prevention and health & safety regulations.
• Uphold merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure merchandise is ticketed and shelves stocked.
