Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment isn’t mandatory but is a plus.
• An awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its appeal to the local market.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging customers through conversation and service.
• Enhance the store vibe by focusing on customers during peak times.
• Maintain store standards and reflect the URBN brand in appearance and service.
• Support training and development of peers and participate in daily team meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tills, shipments, fitting rooms and basic stock handling.
