Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in London is seeking a seasonal store associate to help manage the busy Oxford Street store and bring the VIBE to life.

You’ll deliver friendly service, support training among peers, assist with merchandising and stock, and participate in team meetings while adhering to loss-prevention guidelines. Availability for peak periods including Black Friday and holidays is required, with evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus, not required.
• Awareness of Urban Outfitters brand and local market.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available to work through peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year) in London.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Available for interview on 25/10/26 or 01/11/26.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE by focusing on customers during peak hours.
• Reflect company standards in store interactions and training peers.
• Be a positive role model and uphold health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Work productively within the team and participate in meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tills, shipments, and fitting room guidelines.
• Assist in processing shipments and keep back stock organized.
• Support weekly tasks like markdowns, transfers, and RTVs.
• Maintain inventory control and loss prevention awareness.
• Uphold merchandising, ticketing, and floor stocking standards.
