Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is not required.
• Awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its appeal to the local market.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE by focusing on customers during peak hours.
• Maintain store standards and support training and development of peers.
• Participate in daily and department meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tills, shipments, and fitting room guidelines.
• Assist in processing new shipments and keep back stock areas clean and organized.
• Complete weekly tasks such as markdowns, re-tickets, transfers and RTVs.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and health & safety regulations.
• Support merchandising and display projects and stay knowledgeable about current products.
