Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging customers through conversation and service.
• Enhance the store vibe by focusing on customers during peak hours.
• Contribute to the VIBE in-store and act as a positive role model.
• Work productively within the team and take initiative.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Maintain knowledge of tills, shipments, fitting room guidelines and stockroom organization.
• Participate in weekly tasks (markdowns, transfers, RTVs) and loss prevention guidelines.
• Support merchandising and display projects and keep the floor well stocked.
