• Support the store team and maintain VIBE during peak hours.
• Ensure the store reflects Urban Outfitters’ standards and mystery shop criteria.
• Be a positive role model and support peers and team communication.
• Assist in trainings and development of peers.
• Participate in daily and department meetings.
• Manage tills, shipments, and stockroom tasks in line with store procedures.
• Support merchandising and display projects to keep floors well stocked.
