Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail is helpful but not required.

• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE by focusing on customers during peak selling hours.
• Provide a store experience reflecting mystery shop standards.
• Contribute to store VIBE by being positive, respectful and helpful.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model to peers.

• Assist in training and development of peers.

• Participate actively in daily and department meetings.

• Process new shipments and keep receiving/back-stock areas clean and organized.
• Complete weekly tasks (markdowns, re-tickets, transfers, RTVs) timely and accurately.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and inventory control measures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Uphold merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure merchandise is ticketed and shelves are stocked.
• Assist in merchandising and display projects.
• Demonstrate current product and trend awareness.
