Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Awareness of Urban Outfitters brand and local market.
• Strong communication skills.
• Weekend availability: at least one weekend shift per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Enhance the store vibe by prioritising customers during peak times.
• Contribute to merchandising and display to reflect current product and trends.
• Uphold store standards and be a positive role model to peers.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Participate in weekly tasks such as markdowns, transfers and RTVs.
• Maintain health & safety and loss prevention guidelines.
