Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and local market appeal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging customers through conversation and service.
• Support store management to uphold the VIBE philosophy and training peers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tills, shipments, and fitting room guidelines; assist with weekly tasks like markdowns and transfers.
• Uphold merchandising and cleanliness standards and assist in displays and ticketing.
