• Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct pre-sale preparation of goods, labeling, and pricing checks.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory counts, and product availability on the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Understand product knowledge and assist customers with suitable recommendations.
