In this role you will oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, inventory control, and reporting to optimise performance, while modelling PUMA's values of speed and Spirit.

Aufgaben

• Drive and promote sales culture to meet KPIs and profitability.
• Manage store sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Prepare goods for sale, check labeling, pricing, and appearance.
• Arrange and display goods per international rules.
• Monitor stock availability, check quality and expiration dates, proper labeling and pricing.
• Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, provide insights to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Foster effective team communication with other departments.
