PUMA in Ashford is seeking a motivated retail professional to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage day-to-day store operations, oversee stock and pricing, maintain compelling visual merchandising, and support reporting to improve store performance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to compliance and teamwork within the PUMA brand environment.

Formación

• Experience driving sales, KPIs and profitability in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and engagement on the shop floor.
• Ability to manage stock, pricing, labeling and visual presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage stock levels, inventory counts and product availability on the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports for performance insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
