Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment – not a must.
• An awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its appeal to the local market.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE by focusing on customers during peak selling hours.
• Uphold mystery shop standards in store interactions.
• Contribute to the overall VIBE by staying positive, respectful and helpful to others.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Support merchandising, stock and store cleanliness.
• Participate in daily and department meetings.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and loss prevention guidelines.
