Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus, not mandatory.

• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Enhance the store’s VIBE by staying focused on customers during peak hours.
• Provide a store experience reflecting the company’s mystery shop standards.
• Contribute to the VIBE by being positive, respectful and helpful to others.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model to peers.
• Work productively with the team and take initiative to collaborate toward common goals.
• Assist in training and development of peers; participate in meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in till operations, shipments, and fitting room guidelines.
• Assist in processing new shipments and keeping receiving/back stock tidy.
• Support in weekly tasks like markdowns, re-tags, transfers, and RTVs.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention and inventory controls.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations.
