Estelle Manor, a luxury rural retreat in Oxfordshire, seeks a Retail Assistant to deliver exceptional service and build relationships with our members and guests. You will leverage knowledge of fashion, homeware and jewellery, provide personalised recommendations and uphold premium brand standards for a luxurious retail experience.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

As a Retail Assistant within Estelle Manor, you will pride yourself on delivering exceptional service, with a keen focus on engagement and relationship building with our members and guests. With a strong knowledge of brands, visual merchandising, data reporting and sales across fashion, homeware and jewellery, you will offer personalised recommendations to our members and guests, anticipating their needs where possible to provide a luxurious retail experience.

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
