Estelle Manor, a rural retreat on an 85‑acre estate in Oxfordshire, is seeking a Housekeeper to keep guest areas, bedrooms and behind‑the‑scenes facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness.

You will have an excellent eye for detail and a passion for hosting, with confident communication across colleagues, members and guests to continually deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that all guest areas, bedrooms and behind the scenes facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, continually surpassing our members’ and guests’ expectations. You will have an excellent eye for details, and a genuine passion for hosting. You should be confident in communicating with colleagues as well as our members and guests, and thrive on providing an exceptional guest experience.

• Passionate about Housekeeping.

• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro‑rata basis regardless of your role.
