Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Retail Activity & Sequencing Lead on a 12-month FTC to bring structure and visibility to the flow of activity across our Pet Care Centre estate. The hybrid role (average 2 days in the office) will sit at the heart of cross-functional planning to align initiatives with store delivery and colleague experience.

You will own a single view of activity, consolidate plans from Retail, Commercial, People, Digital and Change teams, and drive governance, trials and sequencing

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, activity planning or a similar business-wide planning role.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Data-led approach to decision making.

Responsibilities

• Owning and maintaining the single view of activity across our Pet Care Centre estate.
• Bringing together plans from Retail, Commercial, People, Digital and Change teams.
• Creating clear visibility of upcoming activity and identifying risks, dependencies and workload pressures.
• Facilitating planning and governance forums with stakeholders across the business.
• Supporting activity prioritisation and sequencing decisions that make life easier for stores.
• Leading the governance of trials, pilots and major rollouts.
• Using insight, feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve the best outcome for customers, colleagues and stores.
