Zusammenfassung

Pets is seeking a Retail Activity & Sequencing Lead on a 12-month FTC to bring structure to the flow of activity across our Pet Care Centre estate. You’ll own the single view of activity and align plans from Retail, Commercial, People, Digital and Change teams to support store delivery.

In a highly collaborative, hybrid role, you’ll influence prioritisation, manage risks and governance forums, and use performance data to continually improve how initiatives land in stores.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail operations, activity planning or a similar business-wide planning role.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to challenge constructively and make balanced decisions.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• A data-led approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• A passion for creating better experiences for both colleagues and customers.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the single view of activity across the Pet Care Centre estate.
• Consolidate plans from Retail, Commercial, People, Digital and Change.
• Provide clear visibility of upcoming activity and identify risks and workload pressures.
• Facilitate planning and governance forums with stakeholders.
• Support activity prioritisation and sequencing decisions for stores.
• Lead governance of trials, pilots and major rollouts.
• Use insight and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for customers, colleagues and stores.
