Pets at Home is seeking a senior Merchandise Planning leader to drive the strategy and execution of our Accessories planning. Based at Handforth, the role requires guiding stock levels, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading a high‑performing team.

You will influence decision‑making across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing, delivering robust range architecture and lifecycle planning, with a focus on delivering strong availability and margin protection.

Qualifications

• Senior or Merchandise Manager planning experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Merchandise Planning strategy for Accessories.
• Drive weekly trading activities and report to influence the Accessories Trade plan.
• Own WSSI and OTB forecasting, communicate risks and opportunities.
• Shape range architecture and lifecycle planning with senior stakeholders.
• Lead sign‑off processes with option frameworks and KPI setting.
