Pets at Home is seeking a Workforce Management Lead to shape how we plan, deploy and optimise our workforce across Retail. The role is hybrid, based in Support Office and Pet Care Centres, and focuses on data-driven planning, productivity improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

You will develop forecasting models, lead scheduling principles and drive the adoption of workforce tech (Rotageek) to enhance colleague experience and retail performance.

Formación

• Experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning or Labour Optimisation within a fast-paced retail or similar environment.
• Strong forecasting, scheduling or resource planning experience.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel/Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Track record of delivering measurable productivity improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team influence.

Responsabilidades

• Developing workforce planning and forecasting models that support customer demand and trading patterns.
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and labour efficiency through data-led insights.
• Establishing workforce planning and scheduling principles balancing customer needs and colleague experience.
• Leading the optimisation of workforce management technology (Rotageek and future solutions).
• Supporting business cases, change initiatives and projects with workforce planning expertise.
• Creating dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to translate data into actionable recommendations.
