Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Head of Group FP&A to lead the financial planning, forecasting and performance insights across Retail, Vets and central operations. You will own the annual budget, reforecasting and the five-year plan, translating complex data into the story behind the numbers and guiding executive decisions.

The role requires a qualified accountant with substantial FP&A leadership, strong modelling and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with FP&A leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insight for executives and boards.
• Strong modelling skills and scenario planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance insight across Retail, Vets and central operations.
• Own annual budget, reforecasting and five-year financial plan.
• Shape compelling performance narratives for senior leaders and board discussions.
• Build and mentor an outstanding FP&A team and drive process improvements.
