Job summary

Pets is seeking a Retail Activity & Sequencing Lead to bring structure and visibility to the flow of activity across our Pet Care Centre estate. The role sits in a highly collaborative environment, coordinating across Retail, Commercial, People, Digital and Change teams to deliver a joined-up activity roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, activity planning or a similar business-wide planning role.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• The ability to challenge constructively and make balanced decisions.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• A data-led approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• A passion for creating better experiences for both colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Owning and maintaining the single view of activity across our Pet Care Centre estate
• Bringing together plans from multiple functions including Retail, Commercial, People, Digital and Change teams
• Creating clear visibility of upcoming activity and identifying risks, dependencies and workload pressures
• Facilitating planning and governance forums with stakeholders across the business
• Supporting activity prioritisation and sequencing decisions that make life easier for stores
• Leading the governance of trials, pilots and major rollouts
• Using insight, feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve the best outcome for customers, colleagues and stores.
