Job summary

River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. is seeking a People & Service Team Leader at our Birmingham Bullring store to support operations and lead a motivated team in delivering outstanding customer service.

This fixed-term, full-time role covers maternity cover for 12 months. You will develop the team, drive KPIs, and ensure high standards of service, visual merchandising and store operations while putting customers at the centre of every decision.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Passion for fashion and staying up to date with trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver great service and model it across the store team.

• Duty manage in all areas of store operations including product and operations.
• Support the People & Service Manager to delight customers through service, people, visuals and operations.
