Job summary

River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the store team at Birmingham Bullring. You will drive product handling, visual execution and the customer journey to deliver outstanding sales and high-performing teams.

You’ll partner with the Store Leader to develop the team, manage stock, and maintain operational standards while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and ‘wow’ wearable outfits.
• Consistently deliver strong visual standards with the customer journey at the forefront of every decision.
• Duty manage in all areas of the store operation including service, people, and operations.
• Empower the team within store to deliver for the customer by always putting customer experience at the centre of decision making.
• Understand commercial tools and how to use them to drive actions to support store performance.
• Support Store Leader to deliver on store KPIs including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and people KPIs.
• Assist in management of store operations, including health & safety compliance.
• Develop store team to deliver a high performing, motivated and engaged team.
