Job summary

River Island in Enniskillen is seeking an energetic People & Service Team Leader to support store operations and lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with the People & Service Manager to develop the team, maintain visual and operational standards, and drive store performance including conversion, sales and KPIs. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets.
• Proactive, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Love for River Island products to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People & Service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support the People & Service Manager to develop the team.
• Drive store KPIs, conversion and sales through team coaching.
• Maintain visual and operational standards.
• Hands-on store operations, floor resets and stock replenishment.
• Weekend and holiday coverage as required.
