Job summary

Golf At Goodwood is seeking a Retail Executive to manage daily stock, supplier relationships, merchandising and purchasing across our golf venues. You'll ensure shops are well presented, stocked and financially successful, combining eye for detail with strong organisation to optimise stock performance and drive sales.

You'll create visual displays, coordinate orders, support golf events, liaise with suppliers, and work with colleagues to maximise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail systems.
• Proactive problem-solving and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process from PO to stock receipt.
• Monitor stock levels and performance; keep systems up to date.
• Support stock counts and stock control processes.
• Create engaging visual merchandising across locations.
• Build supplier relationships and manage delivery schedules.
• Handle retail enquiries from customers, suppliers and staff.
• Support monthly and annual retail reporting.
• Share product knowledge to drive performance.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager to boost sales and profitability.
• Support golf events and wider team as needed.
