The Role

You’ll be the welcoming face of both The Kennels Shop and The Hotel Golf Reception at Golf At Goodwood, creating memorable experiences for our members, guests and visitors from the moment they arrive. You’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service across our retail and golf operations, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards for which Goodwood is renowned.

No two days are the same. From assisting customers with their retail purchases and checking golfers in for their next round, to supporting events and helping maintain beautifully presented retail spaces, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment where attention to detail and outstanding service matter.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll take pride in building genuine relationships with our members and guests, anticipating their needs and going the extra mile to exceed expectations. Whether you’re recommending products, answering enquiries or ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the shop and reception areas, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to everything you do.
