Job Description

We seek an experienced, commercially-minded Retail Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies within our European retail partner network. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably from FMCG or retail sectors, with expertise in activating brands at the point of sale and engaging retail staff in a B2B2C context.

This role involves bringing our products to life across multiple markets, working with external agencies and internal teams to ensure effective execution and advocacy at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and deployment of retail campaigns across European partners, ensuring consistent and impactful execution aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Create programs to educate and motivate store staff as brand advocates influencing consumers at the point of sale.
  • Collaborate with our retail marketing agency to deliver high-quality in-store activations, training tools, and promotional materials tailored to market needs.
  • Coordinate closely with senior management, account teams, retail excellence, and branding to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize retail strategies and report to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and timelines to deliver retail initiatives on schedule and to standard.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, consumer goods, or retail marketing
  • Deep understanding of retail environments and factors influencing consumer conversion
  • Experience managing external agencies for campaign delivery
  • Ability to engage and motivate retail staff and front-line teams
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive insights
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Based in London with legal right to work in the UK
  • Willing to travel to European markets up to once per month
  • Proficiency in European languages is a plus, especially Nordic languages, French, German, or Italian
  • Experience working across multiple European markets is advantageous
