Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis with proof.
• Full UK driving licence by start date.
• Willing to travel regularly to stores and live within commutable distance of Regional Distribution Centre.
• Assertive and confident communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong desire to understand core operational processes.
• Enthusiastic to learn, develop and succeed in a fast-moving environment.
• Resilient and motivated to handle challenges with a positive attitude.
• Will attend the assessment day as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Rotational 23-month learning journey across core business areas (Store, Warehouse, and Supply Chain).
• Year 1: spend time in Sales (Customer Assistant to Store Management), Logistics (warehouse areas), and Supply Chain (ordering, quality, and supplier management).
• Year 2: choose a specialist route in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management and deepen expertise.
