Lidl is hiring for a 23-month Retail Management Graduate Programme at our Belvedere distribution hub near London.

You will rotate through Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain in Year 1, and choose a specialist route in Year 2, building leadership skills and strong understanding of core operations. A 2:2 degree and full UK work eligibility are required, with a company car and pension offered.

Qualifications

• Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree.
• Willingness to travel regularly and live within commuting distance.
• Full UK driving licence by Feb 2027.
• Assertiveness and confidence in communication.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: gain experience across Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Year 2: specialise in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management.
• Participate in assessment day on 13/01/2027.
• Develop management experience and leadership skills.
