Job summary

Landsec is seeking a Retail Manager for Bluewater to maximise sales and income growth with brand partners. The role requires strategic thinking, retail oversight, and strong relationship management to ensure Bluewater’s performance and partner success.

You will analyse trading data, coordinate CRM strategies, and work with the teams on leasing, marketing, and centre experiences to deliver excellent guest experiences and commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management within shopping centres, leisure, or F&B sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and income opportunities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and engagement.
• Skilled in analysing sales data and making actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to drive sales and density with brand partners.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies with all brands to support asset plans.
• Use market and brand insights to boost sales and income growth.
• Attend leasing meetings and support leasing teams with viewings.
• Create plans to manage void units and temporary lettings.
• Coordinate with Brand Partners to maintain effective relationships.
• Lead centre induction training for new brands and ensure operational and commercial readiness.
• Align centre communications with the Marketing Manager to promote offers and drive sales.
