Job summary

Landsec is seeking a Retail Manager for Bluewater, Kent, on-site five days a week. You will work with brand partners to maximise sales, develop commercial strategies, and drive centre performance. Excellent communication and CRM coordination are essential to success in this role.

You will analyse daily to monthly trading data, support leasing activities, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences and income growth.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in shopping centres, leisure venues, or F&B.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to drive sales and density with commercial insight.
• Coordinate CRM and brand strategy with partners to support asset plans.
• Analyse trading data and centre performance to guide decisions.
• Attend leasing meetings and support viewings with brand partners.
• Collaborate with Operations and service teams to address brand needs.
• Lead centre induction and training for new brands.
