Job summary

Landsec is seeking a Retail Manager for Bluewater to maximise sales and income growth by collaborating with brand partners. The role requires strategic thinking, retail and operational oversight, and strong relationship management to support the centre’s success.

You will drive CRM initiatives, analyse trading data, and work with marketing to promote centre offers and brand campaigns, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management within shopping centres, leisure, or F&B.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Able to analyse sales data and make actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to drive sales and footfall by understanding brand business and marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement a CRM strategy with all brands to support the asset plan.
• Utilise industry and brand insights to drive sales and income growth.
• Attend leasing meetings and support leasing teams with property viewings.
• Create plans to manage void units, including hoardings and temporary lettings.
• Conduct regular brand visits and maintain effective partner relationships.
