• Proven success delivering across KPIs such as sales, stock availability and customer satisfaction.
• Experience managing complex people matters including performance, absence and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for management of all non-food products and ensure they are presented attractively.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly from shop floor to warehouse.
