JD GROUP is seeking a capable Supervisor to help run the shop floor, deliver high service standards, and support colleagues during shifts. You’ll assist in maintaining presentation and store performance while following daily management directions.

You will contribute to opening/closing procedures, till operations, and product placement, ensuring service levels align with brand expectations and operational efficiency across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
