Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold service, presentation and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, product knowledge and trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers and resolving queries.
• Monitor service levels, promote full product range, and assist with product placement.
• Maintain shop floor visuals, cleanliness and brand presentation.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, till operations and daily store tasks.
