Job summary

JD GROUP is looking for a proactive Supervisor to support the shop floor, drive service standards and brand presentation across shifts. You will assist colleagues, help with opening and closing procedures, and support daily store operations to ensure smooth performance.

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will monitor service levels, assist with till operations and product placement, and promote company values through strong leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail to maintain service, presentation and store standards.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
