Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Interest in retail, product trends, and promoting company values.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries while maintaining brand presentation.
• Support sales by monitoring service levels and promoting full product range.
• Maintain shop floor standards, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, till operations, and daily cash handling.
