Job summary

JDSports is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help run the shop floor and deliver high service standards. You will support colleagues across shifts, ensure presentation and brand compliance, and assist with daily store tasks under Store Management guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates have previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Attention to detail to uphold high standards in service, presentation and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail with product and trend awareness, and ability to promote company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and upholding brand standards.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels and assisting with product placement.
• Maintain visual and operational standards on the shop floor, keeping it clean and organized.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening/closing procedures and till operations.
