JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a busy store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor. You will guide and support your team, maintaining high standards and ensuring smooth store operation across shifts.

In this role you will work closely with the management team to boost customer engagement, drive performance, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
• Solid commercial awareness with understanding of how daily actions affect store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
• Drive commercial performance through effective shop-floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
• Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to company policies and processes.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop-floor environment.
