Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a top-notch in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, keep store operations smooth, and drive daily sales through exceptional service and teamwork.

You will open and close, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, and protect store assets. Schedule includes at least 16 hours per week with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
