Iceland Foods Ltd in Letchworth is seeking a Duty Manager to join the retail team as a part-time Retail Assistant with a £2 per hour supplement when managing shifts. The role focuses on delivering strong customer service, store availability, and driving sales while leading the team on shift.

You will work with the store team to maintain standards, follow cash handling policies, and support store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.
• Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.
