Iceland Foods Ltd in Farnworth is seeking a committed Duty Manager to join our growing retail team. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement when you manage shifts, helping to maximise store performance.

You’ll lead and support colleagues, ensure great customer service, manage shifts, and follow cash handling and store processes. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for development within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is beneficial.
• Excellent communication to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Strong shift planning and team organisation skills.
