Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd is seeking a committed Duty Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts.

In this role you will maximise profit by ensuring product availability, drive sales with promotional activity, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also follow cash handling and security policies and uphold our One Best Way standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is beneficial.
• Strong communication with colleagues to deliver tasks first time, every time.
• Ability to plan and organise shifts using the team.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
