Iceland Foods Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager to join the Stapleford store part-time. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement when you manage shifts. The role focuses on delivering great customer availability, service and store standards.

As a Duty Manager you will lead the team, ensure cash handling procedures and policy compliance, and drive a positive, inclusive culture while helping to develop staff skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is ideal but not essential.
• Excellent communication with colleagues to deliver tasks first time, every time.
• Able to plan and organise shifts, using every team member.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve team performance.
• Set the pace on shift and deliver a great store.
