The Range is seeking a Duty Manager for our Maidstone store. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team on the shop floor, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding store standards and safety compliance.

• Previous retail supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service to deliver a friendly, efficient experience.
• Coach and develop store colleagues, manage inductions and performance.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising and stock control.
• Support security, health & safety procedures and incident logs.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and EPOS accuracy.
